Meet the Doctor

Dr. Shiosaky received her dental degree from University Nuestra Señora de La Paz-Bolivia. She has been practicing in California for over 18 years.

Dr. Shiosaky has received special training at UCLA and the University of Pacific in the Area of Cosmetic Dentistry. She is an active Member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the San Francisco Dental Society, Member Of USDI.

Dr. Shiosaky is very dedicated to the care of her patients and her principal ability is to learn continuously with them and her dental community. She loves to see how part of her work returns the smiles to patients that could not smile.

FAQ’s

Do you accept walk-ins?

At Mission Dental Studio, we accept walk-ins on a case-by-case basis, depending on the service that the patient would like to schedule for and the availability of our schedule on that day.

Do I need to arrive early for my appointment?

If you have yet to fill out forms for a scheduled procedure or a first time appointment, have any questions about the procedure for the doctor or if you have any financial questions for the front desk, please arrive 10-15 minutes early. If you have completed the forms through the text link and have no questions in regards to your appointment, you may arrive at your appointment time.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, credit cards, employee benefits cards (FSA, HSA, Rokket Med cards), CareCredit and Apple Pay as forms of payment.

How often should I visit the dentist?

It is important to schedule routine checkups and cleanings to keep your teeth and gums healthy. It is recommended by the ADA to visit the dentist at least once every six months. Contact us now to book your appointment and take the first step toward optimal oral health!

What insurances do you accept?

We take most PPO plans and plans that have out of network benefits. We also accept select Medicare Plans that are under a Medicare Advantage plan or that have a Part C. We do not take Medi-Cal, San Francisco Health Plan, Healthy San Francisco, DeltaCare, HMO plans or Medicare plans that only have Part A and Part B.

What services do you offer?

We offer general dentistry services such as fillings, crowns, veneers, implant crowns, endodontics(root canals), extractions, deep cleanings, dentures, partials, bridges, orthodontics and teeth whitening. For lower wisdom teeth extractions, complex endodontic and orthodontic cases and implants, we refer out specialists in their respective fields.
